All construction, installation and/or modification to lots, homes, structures, landscaping or recreational items must be approved in advance by the Sterling Lakes Architectural Review Committee and then the City of Pepper Pike prior to any construction or installation. If you are considering any such activity, please complete an Architectural Review Application and submit it to Village-Management@sbcglobal.net well in advance of your intended start date.
